One Steamboat Place #611: Mount Yale

The Mount Yale Residence overlooks the new Steamboat Square and base area. This private, luxury residence exudes contemporary elegance and is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Guests enjoy ultimate slopeside access being located close to the Steamboat gondola.

The Mount Yale Residence features a large living area with an open floor plan connecting the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.

A professionally equipped kitchen complete with Viking appliances will inspire and delight the chefs in your group. You can also grill year-round in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.

All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. There are two primary bedrooms with king beds that offer a gas fireplace and the attached bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub, and dual vanities. The third bedroom in this residence offers two full beds and the fourth has a queen over queen bunk bed.

Guest staying at One Steamboat Place also enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home enjoys air conditioning in summer.
